I came across a website a while ago called http://www.inhabitat.com/ This website is a very sophisticated blog about all things sustainable not just fashion but in all design. I came across an article in march 2009 about the opening of an organic boutique in Paris. There are not a great amount of organic clothing shops in the world but the number is growing!

Ihope to have a shop one day but for now I am busy building a website. I will let you know when it is done.
